Welcome to the registration for SATW Freelance Council’s 2018 meeting in Mammoth Lakes.
This brochure is easiest to use if you download each section so you have a hard copy.
Please complete the registration form at your earliest convenience, save a copy for yourself, and email the completed form to Sherry Zhang at szhang@dlapr.com the latest by end of day March 23, 2018. Please complete all questions. We can accept up to 75 applications, then we will begin a waiting list. A name-pull/lottery will be used at the end to determine order of priority for various trips.

Registration fee for meeting: $300
Fee for pre and post trips: $100/each
Transportation subsidy options provided by Mammoth Lakes Tourism:
1) Round trip airfare LAX-Mammoth Lakes-LAX on Alaska Airline
2) Automobile gas allowance up to $100/car
3) Rental car from Reno-Tahoe International Airport to Mammoth Lakes and return, for a maximum subsidy of $225 per car.
